Appliance Repair Technician

Compensation: Up to 90K with paid holidays and vacation

We are looking to hire a couple of skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to perform all repair, installation, and maintenance duties required by customers. (If you feel that you have the basic abilities to repair appliances we also offer training) The Appliance Repair Technician’s responsibilities include responding to calls in customer homes to include diagnostics, testing, identification to determine why the appliance is not functioning according to manufacturers’ specifications. Once problems are identified will make adjustments as needed and informing customers of parts and additional labor required to get the appliance properly working. You should also be able to refer to appliance manuals, call manufacture support lines, and schematics to resolve difficult problems

Appliance Repair Technician Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of appliance repair experience preferred
  • Ability to use a computer or Ipad for parts inquiries and ordering
  • Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
  • EPA certification to handle refrigerants and work on refrigerators, ice makers, freezers a definite bonus.
  • Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining home appliances Washing Machines, Dryers, Ovens, Stoves, Dishwashers, Freezers, and Refrigerators.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Office Assistant / CSR

Compensation:  $18/h depending on experience with paid holidays and vacations

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant / CSR to join our team! In this position, you will be making inbound and outbound calls to our current clients to check-in after service has been completed. There will be some clerical responsibilities as well. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is easy to talk to and likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.

Work Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
